At Suroy Wear, we bridge the gap between the islands and the world. All international orders are packed with care and shipped directly from our headquarters in Cebu, Philippines.

We use FedEx International Priority / DHL to ensure your gear arrives safely and quickly.

Order Processing

We move fast. Orders are processed and packed within 24-48 hours. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is handed to the courier.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Customs & Import Duties

  • United States Orders (Delivered Duty Paid) We want your experience to be seamless. For all orders shipping to the United States, we ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

    • No Surprise Fees: All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated and collected at checkout.

    • Final Price Guarantee: The total you see at checkout is the final amount you pay. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

  • International Orders (Rest of World) For orders shipping outside of the United States and the Philippines, your package may be subject to local import duties or VAT. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • Phone Numbers are Required: FedEx and DHL require a valid phone number for all international shipments to ensure successful delivery.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
